1. Who we are

2. What we collect

We collect personal information directly from you when you:

  • Sign up for a workshop account (name, email, password hash, workshop details).
  • Book an appointment through a workshop's booking page (name, email, phone, vehicle rego, optional notes).
  • Communicate with us by email or in-app support.
  • Use our website (cookies, IP address, browser metadata, page interactions).

Workshops may also enter customer information into our platform on your behalf as part of managing their bookings.

3. How we use your information

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the platform.
  • Deliver booking confirmations, reminders, and review-request follow-ups.
  • Handle billing and subscription management for workshops.
  • Investigate security incidents and prevent abuse.
  • Comply with our legal obligations.

4. Marketing and follow-up emails

Workshops may send transactional follow-up emails (e.g. review requests) after your appointment. Each follow-up email includes an unsubscribe link that permanently opts you out of future follow-ups for that workshop. Booking confirmations and appointment reminders are operational and continue to send.

5. Sharing your information

  • Workshops: when you book, the workshop you booked with sees your name, contact details, vehicle info, and booking history with them.
  • Service providers: we use trusted third parties to deliver infrastructure (Supabase, Fly.io, Vercel), email (Resend), SMS (Twilio), payments (Stripe), and error monitoring (Sentry). Each is bound by their own terms.
  • Legal: we may disclose information if required by law or to enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data storage and security

Data is stored on managed infrastructure in [REGION]. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.

7. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account or bookings are active, then for a reasonable period to meet legal, tax, and audit obligations. Customers may request deletion via the workshop they booked with, who can remove the record from our manager portal.

  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your information, subject to retention obligations.
  • Unsubscribe from follow-up emails at any time using the link in those emails.
